This includes the management of facility owned vehicles and security. His accomplishments include a proven track record in the full vision of facility management and use. Mr. Garcia has provided expert facility leadership for very large facilities such as the City of San Diego and UCLA and Los Angeles Community College District, where he has been responsible for leading the construction team efforts in the $650 million bond fund projects with LACC and the $125 million bond fund for police stations, fire stations and beach public restrooms. He also played a key role in the re-engineering of Qualcomm Stadium, former home of the San Diego Chargers. He provides excellence in facility/property management with both internal and contracted services.
